Panels – Plate & ACM
From single panels to skyscraper installations, we offer unmatched expertise in creating durable and aesthetically pleasing Plate and ACM panels. Our proprietary Rout and Return Dry System ensures flawless results every time.

Round or Square Column Covers
With our 12-foot pyramid roller, we craft column covers as small as 10” in diameter. Available in metal or ACM, our covers combine functionality and aesthetics for both structural and decorative applications.

Structural Steel Brackets, Weldments and Embeds

Flashings & Brake Metals
With our 12-foot press brakes and a variety of die sets, we can form virtually any design up to 1/2” thick. Choose from post-painted finishes or select from our stock colors for a polished, durable product.

Machined Parts
Using advanced CNC machines and a wide range of tooling, we produce high-precision parts with tolerances down to a few thousandths of an inch. From small components to intricate designs, we ensure accuracy and quality every time.

Burning Out Custom Designs
Our 5’ x 10’ HD Plasma table enables us to burn out brackets, shapes, letters, and signs with up to 3/4” thick stainless steel. Using state-of-the-art software like CAD, Inventor, and Pronest, we bring even the most intricate designs to life.

Railings & Stairs
Our custom-designed railings and stairs, crafted in aluminum, stainless steel, or brass, ensure durability and elegance. Certified welders and meticulous attention to detail ensure every project is perfect.

Welding
Our certified welders specialize in working with stainless steel, aluminum, and steel. Multiple setups allow us to handle a variety of welding needs quickly and efficiently while ensuring top-notch quality.

Finishing
We offer finishing options like Kynar paint, powder coating, and anodizing to meet your specific needs. For steel, we also provide in-house priming and polishing to achieve a flawless look.
